ADULT PRIVATE LESSONS

With your basic grasp of climbing technique and terminology, we can get more in-depth with advanced skills and movements. Continue to build your confidence on the wall with a private coach.

YOU SHOULD TAKE THIS CLASS IF YOU:

  • Are looking to build upon your basic climbing skills

  • Are climbing V2-V3 problems in the gym and feel ready to push to the next level

** Please note that this class is intended to be a logical progression from the Introduction to Bouldering Class, but is not required. **

DURATION: 4 week program

TIME: 1 HOUR PER WEEK WITH PRIVATE ONE-ON-ONE COACH

Cost*: 230$+tax for one person, 270$+tax for 2 people

*Price includes gym access for the day

DETAILS

Through this comprehensive program, participants will learn more advanced footwork and climbing techniques and be introduced to the basics of strength training for climbing. Participants will:

  • Learn intermediate to advanced climbing techniques through personalized instruction, demonstration and practice of specific drills

  • Learn more basic strength and mobility exercises to improve performance and prevent injury

  • Become familiar with some basic tools and methods used in training for climbing

  • Explore mindset and psychological aspects of climbing

  • Improve fitness, strength, stamina and flexibility
