MEET YOUR COACH

Hey Klimat, my name’s Ashley!  Physical Fitness has been my medicine since an early age; it helped me battle depression and balance increasing work stress as I climbed the corporate ladder. Weightlifting and yoga played an important role to keep me centred and focused; however, as I got older and having 30-degree scoliosis, I became prone to lower back injuries. Learning proper form for lifting has been key to my continued success.  I started my Personal Training journey in 2009 and have since added Yoga Teacher Training, outdoor adventure sports, meditation and breathwork to the mix. 

I am a high-energy coach that will help you find new levels of strength and endurance, all while perfecting your form to ensure longevity and injury prevention. In coaching sessions with me you can expect to get a good sweat on, have fun, learn new skills, and achieve new levels of strength, stability and mobility.   I will encourage, educate, challenge, and help you find increased confidence in your own skin.
